All Brava Centauri editing services include review of:

  • Grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and sentence structure
  • Clarity, readability, academic tone, and consistency
  • Style and formatting in accordance with major academic style systems, including APA, MLA, Chicago, Turabian, and others as applicable
  • In-text citations and reference list entries
  • Headings, tables, figures, and other manuscript elements
  • University-specific formatting requirements, when guidelines are provided

Edits are completed in Microsoft Word using Track Changes, allowing you to review every suggested change while maintaining ownership of your manuscript.

Flat $249 rate for individual chapters up to 25 pages. For chapters of 26-50 pages, add $10 for each page beyond 25. Custom pricing available for chapters of 51+ pages or those requiring unusually intensive editing or formatting.

Turnaround Times & Rush Requests

Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days for single-chapter editing, 10–15 business days for prospectus and proposal bundles, and 20–30 business days for full-dissertation editing. Final turnaround times are confirmed after the manuscript has been reviewed and may vary based on document length, condition, editing needs, and current availability. Expedited service may be available for an additional rush fee.

Brava Centauri provides coaching, editing, feedback, and research design support. We do not write dissertations, complete assignments, fabricate research, or guarantee committee approval. Editing supports mechanics, clarity, consistency, scholarly tone, and current-edition formatting aligned to applicable style guidelines. It does not include ghostwriting or completion of research tasks on the student’s behalf. Page ranges assume standard double-spaced academic formatting. Final pricing and turnaround times reflect manuscript length and condition, stylistic requirements, editing intensity, and requested turnaround.
